right now i am on the front porch of my favorite place in akron in the stagnate summer air.

its 1:07 in the morning and i am solo, reflecting on the best day i could have asked for.

hot dogs and smores on the muskingum river

falling asleep by the fire despite horrific allegories to everything in the air

waking up to closest of friends

toast and bananas for breakfast

spf 15 (still not enough)

coors light before 11am

tubing down the river - 10 tubes tied together

more coors light

donating my favorite sunglasses the bottom of the river somehow

three hour naps in the sun (post hot dog)

really long car rides to the northeast

sushi

cracking aloe leaves to help my poor sunburnt skin

mm and i have two more days of the weekend left.

the weather has been absolutly amazing here.

my apartment has been hot, mainly because i refuse to turn the air conditioning on. i don't know, something about sweating in your underwear make me feel alive and concious that summer is finally here.

this might change eventually considering i am on the top floor, but for now i am relishing in the sweet heat of summer.
